A. The pump can move without turning. The reasons can be faulty coupling; slipping belt; wrong motor wiring; damaged motor; power outage, etc.


B. If the coil cannot be moved or the coil is very heavy, the reason may be that the starting pump temperature is too low and the viscosity of the pump oil is too high; the pump stops and returns too much oil due to design and manufacturing reasons. Too high oil level caused the pump to stop and return too much oil (too much oil, or water vapor condensed in the pump, or water condensed in the exhaust pipe flows back to the pump); there is foreign matter in the pump (weld in the intake pipe Slag, oxides; debris of pump parts such as rotary vane springs); rotary vanes are deformed and stuck; occlusion occurs (copper sleeve, rotor, middle wall, pump cover, stator, bearing).


2. The pump temperature is too high. It means that the maximum oil temperature measured near the low-level exhaust valve exceeds the value specified in the instruction manual. Because the pump temperature rises, the viscosity of the pump oil will drop significantly, and the saturated vapor pressure of the pump oil will rise, so that the ultimate pressure of the pump will rise and the pumping power will drop; the rubber parts will be easily aged; thermal expansion will make the work more reliable. . The reason why the pump temperature is too high can be that the ambient temperature of the pump is too high, the intake air temperature is too high, the intake air cooling equipment fails, and the pump works continuously for a long time. The temperature control water volume regulating valve fails, etc.


3. Oil leakage. It can occur in the shaft seal, the sealing surface of the oil tank and the pump parts, the oil drain plug, the oil mark, the oil hole plug, the connection between the stator part and the through hole of the support, and the gas ballast valve (such as 2X-8) and other parts. It can be caused by aging of seals, improper installation, damage failure, uneven surface, impurities, roughness and loose castings. If the oil is returned after the pump is stopped, the oil will enter the gas ballast valve. If the gas ballast valve is not closed, oil may leak.


When self-made rubber pads, be sure to use oil-resistant rubber, according to the original design shape, if the sealing surface is too large, it will leak oil if it is not pressed tightly.


4. Water leakage. It can occur at the head of the water pipe, the flat cover of the water jacket, the screw plug of the drain hole, the drain valve, etc., the water jacket is drilled through, the casting is defective, and the frost cracks, which may also cause water leakage.


5. The power exceeds the standard. It can be caused by the long-term continuous operation of too high inlet pressure, too high exhaust pressure, occlusion caused by debris entering, too high pump temperature, too small matching clearance of rotary vanes, too high voltage, too much pump fluid returning to the pump, etc. damage the motor. Long-term continuous operation near the maximum power should be avoided as much as possible. If there are deposits on the surface, it should be disassembled regularly to remove.
